Start of Class tracks are designed to go with the energy flow of a Yoga class that starts with seated breathing and stretches and then slowly build in energy.
Start of Class 1: Starts with voices over a low bass drone, gradually adds a synth line, tabla drums, sitar and flute building in energy to a gentle rhythm. Total length: 15:15

Start of Class 2
Start of Class tracks are designed to go with the energy flow of a Yoga class that starts with seated breathing and stretches and then slowly build in energy.
Start of Class 2: Starts with a sitar drone with an orchestral pad floating over. Then a sitar/flute call and response ensues which lasts for the rest of the track. Tabla drums eventually come in adding to the energy. Total length: 10:14

Start of Class 3
Start of Class tracks are designed to go with the energy flow of a Yoga class that starts with seated breathing and stretches and then slowly build in energy.
Star of Class 3: Starts with a rumbling drone, like gentle thunder. Then a vocal pad floats chords above for a while. Then a gentle keyboard joins in adding a gentle pulse. At 10 minutes, a contemporary drum beat kicks in with moderate energy. This energy level is maintained as track evolves. Total length: 20:45

Start of Class 4
Start of Class tracks are designed to go with the energy flow of a Yoga class that starts with seated breathing and stretches and then slowly build in energy.
Start of Class 4: Most traditional sounding. Starts with a sitar drone. Then the sitar plays meditatively for about 10 minutes. At that point, table drums move the rhythm, and synth textures add to the atmosphere as a flowing gentle rhythm is maintained. Total length: 15:23

Med Energy 1
Med (medium) Energy tracks are suitable for times when some energy is desired, but nothing too intense. For example building the energy after a Start of Class track or taking it down after a Hi Energy track.
Med Energy 1: Features acoustic bass, drums, Hammond organ, muted trumpet and subdued guitar power chords in laid back R&B groove. Occasionally later on, the guitar comes to the fore increasing energy. Total length: 11:35

Med Hi Energy 1: Starts with African sounding percussion which maintains through the whole track. Then a vocal pad, bass and muted guitar set up a progression which is followed by a classical guitar feature section. Then there is a percussion break, followed by an alternate melody section performed by French Horns and flutes over the same African groove. Then after another percussion break, the 1st section returns to end out the track. Total length: 11:45
