Licensing
If you are a videographer for weddings or corporate events, or make custom DVD’s of people’s vacations or children, etc. this is a great source of high quality, affordable and legal production music.
First, go to our CD page, and follow the links to the different CDs we offer. Each song has a clip that can be auditioned. Pick out the tracks or CDs you like.
Any original song on the vincemadison.com website may be licensed here for use in a video project (the Christmas CD songs and "Hill Where the Lord Hides" from Spice of Life are not included, as they are not original.) The license includes a copy of the song. You can download an mp3 file (44.1K, 192 bitrate), or if you prefer, audio CDs are available.
The license is for unlimited use in limited circumstances. Details are in the next column, (see "Legalities") but basically if you are doing video for private parties (like weddings), you're covered. Corporate use is also covered except for broadcast or retail products. Broadcast or retail licenses are available on a per project basis: e-mail us.
The licenses are $10 per song for mp3 downloads. Or you can license a whole album for only $75. If you do, you can download the album now, and the actual CD will be shipped to you at no extra charge! If you want a custom CD with your choice of tracks, it's $10 per track plus a $15 burn charge and $2.50 shipping.
So go to the CD page and take a listen. Don't forget to go to the "Spice of Life" page. This is our newest, most exciting music, and the tracks are now available for downloads and licensing.

Legalities:
The synchronization license available here gives you unlimited use of the song (or songs) in video projects in 2 classes:
1) Video produced for the private use of individuals. The most common examples are wedding videos. The video is made for the private use of the party commisioning it.
2) In-house corporate projects. This includes training videos, sales presentations, trade show exhibits. Any corporate use is fine except commercials for broadcast.
The license does not cover the following:
1) Any product that will be broadcast either on radio, television or the internet.
2) Any product that will be marketed and sold to the general public.
