(Hereafter known as the licensee)
the following synchronization license concerning the musical composition:
Road to Moscow
From the album "Perfect Hearts"
(Hereafter known as the composition)
The licensor, being the copyright owner of the composition, hereby grants the licensee the following limited synchronization rights to the composition.
The synchronization rights herein granted allow the composition to be synchronized to video in video productions created by the licensee that meet the following criteria:
1) The project is for the private use of the party that commissioned it (for example a wedding video).
2) The project is for internal use by a company or corporation. (i.e. training videos, trade shows and the like.)
In either of the above cases, the video may be sold by the licensee to the party who commissioned it, but the video may not be reproduced and resold by the party who commissioned it, nor resold by the licensee.
This license does not grant permission to synchronize the above composition in any of the following circumstances:
1) Any project which will be broadcast to the public via television, radio, internet or any other public broadcast. This includes both commercials and actual programs.
2) Any project which will be duplicated and sold to the public either over the internet or via any traditional or non-traditional retail outlet.
3) Any project which will be advertised and sold to a private group.
The composition may be used by the licensee in as many different projects as he or she wishes, but this license is not transferable.
